Services Provided by the Organizers

The scope of services includes the organization and execution of automotive meetups and events.
Registration becomes valid only after the specified amount is paid to the following bank account.

Our Services / Events are intended exclusively for individuals. For corporate or business events, please contact us via our provided contact details.
Invoices will be sent via email after the payment/transfer is received.

Participation Rules

Participants may join Baltic Adventure Rally events with off-road vehicles, SUVs, AWD passenger cars, and trucks under 3.5 tonnes (3.5T).

Tour and adventure-type events are NOT motor sport events; therefore, they are NOT races.

We cannot accommodate spectators during the tours.

EXCLUSIVELY vehicles with a total weight under 3.5T may participate.

Legal Compliance & Traffic Regulations

Joint Decree No. 1/1975. (II. 5.) KPM-BM on the Rules of Public Road Traffic (KRESZ)

Road safety and the uninterrupted flow of traffic are important social interests. A fundamental condition for safe and smooth traffic is that everyone adheres to traffic rules and can expect others to do the same. Furthermore, participants must be courteous and patient with one another.
General Provisions for Participants

Anyone participating in public road traffic is obliged to:

Comply with legal provisions regarding road traffic and the protection of the road and its environment.

Follow road signs and instructions from authorized traffic control personnel.

Drive in a way that does not endanger life or property, and does not unnecessarily obstruct or disturb others.

Handheld mobile phones must not be used while driving.

Requirements for Driving

A vehicle may be driven by a person who:

Holds a valid driving license for the specific vehicle category.

Is in a state fit for safe driving.

Is not under the influence of substances affecting driving ability and has zero alcohol in their system.

Vehicle Requirements

Vehicles participating in traffic must have:

Valid official registration/permits.

Properly mounted license plates.

Technical, safety, and environmental characteristics that meet legal standards.

Valid Compulsory Third-Party Liability Insurance (MTPL).

The driver is responsible for checking the steering, brakes, tires, and lights before departure.

Technical Conditions

Valid license plates, compulsory insurance, and a valid technical inspection (MOT/TÜV) are mandatory for tours and trophies.

Closed-track events: A valid technical inspection is not mandatory, but the vehicle must be in perfect mechanical condition, especially the braking and steering systems.

Seat belts are mandatory for both drivers and passengers.

Helmets are mandatory during races, in addition to seat belts.

The organizers reserve the right to refuse vehicle entry or registration.

Risk Disclosure & Responsibility
Disclosure

Participation involves driving off-road on unpaved surfaces, obstacles, rocky, sandy, or muddy terrain, and unmaintained paths. There are steep inclines, declines, and natural/man-made obstacles.
Participant Responsibility

Everyone participates at their own risk.

The driver and participants cannot file any claims for damages against the organizer. The organizer and assistants are not liable for any physical or financial damage.

Participants are liable for any damage they cause.

Cancellation Policy

Organizer's side: The organizer may cancel the event due to extraordinary circumstances (force majeure), severe weather, or if the minimum number of participants is not met.

Registration Fees:

Fees are non-refundable in case of no-show or other reasons, but are transferable if reported in writing at least 30 days before the event.

Withdrawal 30+ days before: 50% cancellation fee applies.

Withdrawal within 7 days or no-show: 100% cancellation fee applies.

With prior written approval, fees may be used for a future event.

Exclusion: A participant may be excluded if they disrupt the event or fail to follow instructions. In such cases, no refund is provided.
